About Custom FRP architectural elements

Some elements don't fit a catalogue: a dome for a shrine, a finial for a gateway, a relief panel for a lobby. FRP is the material for these one-offs, because anything that can be modelled can be moulded.

We start from your drawing, sketch or photograph, make a master at full size, take a mould from it and lay up the piece in FRP. Domes and large pieces are made in segments and joined on site.

Applications for Custom FRP architectural elements

  • Gateways

  • Lobbies and halls

Questions about Custom FRP architectural elements

More answers on our FAQs page.

Can you make something from a photograph?

Yes. Send the photograph with the main sizes and we'll draw it up for you to check before we make the master.

How big can a single FRP piece be?

Size is limited more by transport and site access than by the material. Large domes and panels are made in segments that are joined on site.

Do you make one-offs or only quantities?

Both. A single piece needs its own master and mould, so a one-off costs more per piece than a repeat; the price per piece falls as quantities rise.
