1 MG-Lido Mall
Fluted columns with Corinthian capitals and scrolled relief ornaments across a mall facade.
Round, fluted and square column covers, with corbels and brackets to match.
FRP columns are decorative shells. Each one is moulded in two halves that close round an RCC or steel column, which carries the load, so you get a classical or contemporary column without casting one on site.
Corbels and brackets are moulded the same way and fixed under balconies, eaves, cornices and shelves. Because every piece comes out of a mould, a whole colonnade or a row of corbels matches exactly.
Entrance columns for villas, clubhouses and institutions.
Plain RCC columns dressed as classical columns, without structural work.
Covers over existing columns that are cracked, stained or simply plain.
Long runs of identical columns along a facade or courtyard.
Corbels under balcony slabs, chajjas and roof overhangs.
Feature columns, pilasters and shelf brackets in homes, shops and hotels.

Drawings of the main styles. Each can be sized, detailed and finished to suit your project.
Made in our unit at Jakkur, Bangalore, and fitted by our own team.
We measure each column on site: its size, its height and how plumb it is.
Shop drawings show the shaft, base and capital with their sizes for your approval.
Moulds are made for the shaft, base and capital, then each column is laid up in two halves.
The halves close round the column and are fixed, and the vertical joints are filled and finished.

No. FRP columns are decorative covers. The load is carried by the RCC or steel column inside. If you need a new structural column, your engineer designs the core and we dress it.
Yes, and it's the most common job. The two halves are made slightly larger than the existing column, closed round it and fixed.
The vertical joints are filled and finished after fixing. On fluted columns we place the joints inside a flute, where they're hard to see.
