Courtyard by Marriott
Arched porticos, columns, cornices and star-pattern jaali screens on a hotel front.
Moulded facade panels, fins, screens and cladding in any shape and colour.
FRP lets an elevation take shapes that are slow or costly to build in concrete or metal: three-dimensional panels, deep fins, curved bands and perforated screens, all moulded to your drawing and finished in the colour you specify.
Panels are thin moulded shells, so they're light enough to fix to a steel or aluminium subframe without heavy structure. Every panel comes from a mould, so a facade of repeated panels comes out identical.
A distinct face for retail and commercial buildings.
Feature bands, fins and screen walls on large elevations.
Balcony screens, window surrounds and feature walls.
Entrance canopies, themed facades and courtyard screens.
Fins and louvres that cut glare on glazed elevations.
A new face on an old building, fixed over the existing wall on a light subframe.

FRP doesn't rust or absorb water, so the panels themselves last a long time. What weathers is the surface: over the years a gelcoat or paint can lose some gloss, and it can be cleaned, polished or recoated without replacing panels.
Standard FRP is a plastic composite and will burn. Fire-retardant resins improve how it behaves in a fire, and the rules for facades depend on the building's height and use. Tell us your fire requirements at the start so the right materials are chosen.
Usually with concealed brackets on a galvanised steel or aluminium subframe, with the joints sealed. Smaller elements can be fixed straight to masonry with anchors.
Aluminium composite panels (ACP) are flat sheets that are cut and folded. FRP is moulded, so it can be curved, faceted or sculpted. For flat cladding ACP is often cheaper; for three-dimensional shapes, use FRP.
