Matching the resin to the duty
FRP's resistance comes from its resin. This is the general guide; we confirm the choice for your contents and temperature before we quote.

FRP lining for what you already have
Replacing a corroded tank or a leaking concrete gutter is slow and disruptive. Lining it often isn't.
An FRP lining is laminated in place over the cleaned and prepared surface: inside mild steel tanks, concrete sumps and effluent tanks, and along concrete gutters and drains. It cures into one continuous layer with no joints.

Questions about industrial FRP
Can you line our existing tank, sump or drain?
Usually, if the steel or concrete is sound. The surface is cleaned and prepared, and an FRP lining is laminated in place. We'll inspect it first and tell you if repairs are needed.
What do you need to quote for a chemical tank?
The chemical and its concentration, the working temperature, the capacity, the space available, and where the inlets, outlets and vents go.
Do you supply industrial FRP outside Karnataka?
Yes. We make everything in Bangalore and supply across India. Tanks are delivered ready to set in place.
Can you make covers, hoods or other parts to our drawing?
Yes. Send the drawing with the material duty, and we'll make the mould and the part.
